Order food and paid online, went to pick it up and no one was there! Called to get a refund the next day and they made up a million excuses. Called again to get a refund and they said they didn’t know anything about my order. Then said their food all Went bad. Went on to say they won’t get more food for a couple weeks.

If i could give it zero stars, i would. Let me just say the main owner of this place is very rude. Honestly surprised it is still open , I got some tea only to find it was molded.

Great staff! Food is great! Order had fallen behind schedule, but they gave me a discount for the delay and a free drink while I waited! I highly recommend this location. The manager on duty the evening of 7/27/25 deserves a lot of praise for her friendliness and professionalism.

Drove 45 minutes out of the way on our road trip to GA to sit down with the family and enjoy a pizza together. Online it says open, but there is no one here. Now we're in the middle of nowhere, way behind schedule, and have disappointed, hungry kids.
This place looks abandoned.

Called the number to order a pizza. Confirmed with them I was calling the Metropolis PH because I was clearly speaking to a call center. Thankfully I opted to pay at the store because when we arrived to pick up our order, no one was there and the doors were locked.
The windows are so blacked out I couldn't tell if they were open if it wasn't for the line in the drive through pick up window. The food was to be expected quality wise. I just felt uncomfortable while waiting in line. Blacked out windows, very low light in the parking lot. I wouldnt want to get out of my car at night to walk in.

I call to order because the app and online sucks and now I get a third party call center that SAID they took my order... they sure took my card number. Over an hour later, no pizza. I call to see whats happening and get transferred to TWO MORE THIRD PARTY CALL CENTER PEOPLE THAT TELL ME THEY'VE CLOSED FOR THE NIGHT! So my order I've waited on for over an hour isn't even happening, but more importantly now a third party call center that is clearly out of a third world, overseas country has my card information. If I could give this zero stars I would. I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again, but more importantly I will absolutely pass this information along to anyone that will listen. There's a reason every store seems to be closing, and this is definitely part of it. Do better.
