I hope they reopen a bunch more Quiznos and they need to duplicate the staff at this location at every single one! 💯 in customer service! Professional, friendly quick. I wish I had a Quiznos near me. Definitely recommend this location!!!

Strangely, we had to wait 10-15 mins while the manager on staff struggled with a woman to return an online order that she had picked up. He kept saying we don’t do returns and was trying you figure out how to get the gal out of the store, almost acting like it was the customers fault her order was incorrect. As soon as he was done with her he scampered off without any apology for the wait. A young man stepped up to the register and just stared at us. I asked, can we order now? He said, yes. No apology from him either, although he was nice, just awkward in the initial exchange. If you do come to this original Quizno’s, I’m not certain what you’ll get. The food was good, although they were out of a several sauces and they didn’t have any gluten free bread that advertised all over the restaurant.

Me and my husband came in and ordered 2 large traditional sandwiches. They gave us the wrong sandwiches they were italian. They were really spicy I threw my whole sandwich away

I ate a French Dip 9/7/24. Later, I started having severe emesis and BM that my husband had to call for an ambulance. In the ED, I continued this for awhile until the meds kicked in.
When I was eating the sandwich, one bite of meat tastes weird. I didn't think anything too much. Though it was in my head that the meat might be bad. Well, it was! I should have listened to myself.
This was the only food I had eaten since about 5am. The French Dip was the only food coming up.
I will not eat at Quiznos in Metropolis IL ever again!
I'm going to see what I can do to make them pay for the expenses cause by their mishandling of food.

It's been over 15 years when Quiznos left our town and the sandwich I had here today was the best tuna sandwich I've had in a very long time! Absolutely perfect. The ppl behind the counter were so polite and friendly. Outstanding ?

Very poor attitude borderline, racist for no reason. As soon as she saw me and heard my request from behind the register. She rolled her eyes. I noticed, but I didn't pay no mine. The sub was supposed to be toasted and cheese, melted. And afterward tomato and avocado added.
That was too much work for her the freckled faced girl With a nasty attitude I don't know if it was cause. I look Latino and maybe I am, but she doesn't know me too. Give me a bad attitude, while working in a customer service job.
Needless to say, the sub was Freezing temperature right out of the refrigerator.
When I walk back in to get the thing warmed up. She gave me another attitude so I ask for refund. When she refused and through the bag back at me. Then, when I asked to speak to the manager reluctantly, she gave me my money back.
This person needs to be trained, but I as a manager i know that this poor sour of a attitude, is untrainable, and unfit for customer service duties.
