This place looks like it belongs in a third-world country, and I thought it would be one by the time our food came. The food was just ok, not what we expected from a Sonic. They should bulldoze it and start over with a new building, new screens, and new employees.

I am a regular customer. I have witnessed myself the dramatic environment and impolite staff. It is absurd how this establishment is still running. I do not recommend visiting this sonic. I personally am ok with others but this one In particular is absolutely outrageous.
Location @ 2902 park avenue, paducah Ky.food was horribly cold, nothing left but crusty cold crust with no onions left in the onion rings, burger meat black from recooking to many times and still served COLD. NASTY NASTY & DISGUSTING
The food @ metropolis Il. sonic was ok.

Just stopped to get drinks. . . App wouldn't work, then they couldn't hear me over the intercom, so they came out and wrote down the two things I wanted, but she (didn't catch her name) was very friendly though likely new as she wasn't aware that drinks are ALWAYS half price from the app. Forgivable. . . What got tiring was the 15 minutes it took for two drinks to be made and brought out. Otherwise, it's very good.
P.S.ironically the last couple times going the slushy machine was down which is what my wife wanted.

Our server was covered in tattoos and nose ring. Not very interactive. Onion rings and cheese sticks were cooked in old oil. I e machine appeared to be down. Card swipes didn't work. The sign out front appeared to be run over and could possibly fall. I worked at this sonic in the 80's when it was on 5th st and we upheld a MUCH higher level of professional appearance. Maybe has something to do with this inflation, fast food is in trouble.
I love Sonic when I'm wanting to eat inside my car and the food ain't bad.
Kid-friendliness: Take a carload of kids if you can stand it. 😂
