Twice now I’ve ordered for pickup on the app and both times I get there 20 min later and the order was “cancelled.” Then to make it worse, it used my 20% off coupon (my order was $60 so it’s a big deal) even tho the order didn’t go through so I couldn’t get it to work. Nobody cared , crap attitudes every time. Then the fries were so salty my entire family threw them out. Just find a different one to go to.

The wait is pretty long for a McDonald's. The fries were so salty they were disgusting and inedible. The rest of the food was meh.
I was really excited to try the new grandma sundae but unfortunately I'm allergic to nuts. I asked the staff if this item contained nuts and the man said "yes". I asked could they remove them and they said no as they are all throughout it. Well I looked up the ingredients upon leaving just to find out there were no nuts. I only went to McDonald's for this specifically and I pretty much wasted gas due to staff not being knowledgeable of their products.

** BEWARE SCAM** Purchased a medium coke for $2.50 and McDonald’s attempted a transaction in the amount of $106 fortunately I received a fraud alert while I was walking outside and reported it to my bank. Not sure how this was possible but I won’t go there again.
