Roomy, nice decor, indoor & outdoor seating, nice staff. You can upcharge coffe drinks by choosing the 'reserve' blend. The food is the standard Starbuck's fare, not the gourmet pastry made at the large Reserve Roastery on Michigan Ave
I have stayed here a couple times for an extended stay with the most recent being in October for an emergency surgery and I can say I felt VERY safe. Everyone was masked/gloved up and lots of sanitizer and cleaning. The hospital was filling up while I was there and they were busy but I never felt neglected. The nurses and doctors and staff are going thru so much right now and they are just amazing!

The staff is professional and always friendly! They call me by name and smile when giving me my order. I enjoy coming here a lot.Dietary restrictions: I normally get the egg white and red pepper egg bites because they are a convenient and tasty snack for keto on the go.
