Quick question to the manager. Why people with an accent are treated differently? The whole crew is mean and unhappy when helping customers with accent when 100% of them are not origin Americans. That is just disgusting. Avoid Lake Forest bunch of snobs!

Roomy, nice decor, indoor & outdoor seating, nice staff. You can upcharge coffe drinks by choosing the 'reserve' blend. The food is the standard Starbuck's fare, not the gourmet pastry made at the large Reserve Roastery on Michigan Ave

WARNING...WARNING...I almost died!! NW is one of the pinnacles of unsafe treatment in corporate medicine. They also went from a 4.8 rating, to 2.9 in less than one year. I had to remove myself from medications that were killing me. Go back to private Doctors. THE HIPPICRATIC OATH NOT PRACTICED HERE

I have stayed here a couple times for an extended stay with the most recent being in October for an emergency surgery and I can say I felt VERY safe. Everyone was masked/gloved up and lots of sanitizer and cleaning. The hospital was filling up while I was there and they were busy but I never felt neglected. The nurses and doctors and staff are going thru so much right now and they are just amazing!
