Ordered thanksging dinner from durbins to make it a easy day and boy !me and my family couldn't say enough about how amazing the food was from the amazing juicy turkey to all the sides !Will definitely order next year!!hand of to all at durbins for a amazing dinner

I ordered a jumbo sausage pizza that had the bare minimum amount of sausage on it and a small pizza with spinach. The spinach is canned (gross) and there was definitely an over abundance of wet stringy spinach on it. Too much and too wet to even pick off. The pic is of the spinach that came off one slice of pizza. Total waste of 70$ with tip.

I ordered a large pizza for delivery and the service was speedy and great! My driver had to call to verify my address because I typed it wrong, but she was friendly and understanding.

The only thing I would like an improvement on is having the measurements of the pizza sizes on the site. (Or how many it serves). I ordered a large pizza and it was enough for 3 people, but we had 5 in our group.

I'm very upset at the fact that every single time I order online at this location the systems are always down and they tell me they can't give me my order when the money was clearly pulled out of my bank. And the girl at the pick up is not helpful at all and doesn't explain anything.

Called on 07/08/2024 at 9:50 pm to inquire about ordering 10 large pizzas and the person who answered the phone told me they were done serving pizzas for the night. After further research, I saw that this information was not accurate. Very disappointed.

Poor customer service. Pizza gets sent without sauce and they make it difficult the get it corrected. (Which by the way they didn’t and we had to serve our guests sauce less pizza- maybe we’ll get a refund, we’ll see) Not the first time we’ve had an awful experience ordering from here. What a shame because we used to really like Durbins pizza. One too many bad experiences for us though at this point
