Li z the owner is an angel and she has great healthy items that are yummy and nutritious. The vibe is awesome and feels like home. I try to be there for Yoga at least once a week. But I even pop in just to lay on her comfy couch lol.

The shakes were delicious-and healthy, something hard to find in the area. The staff was very nice and the decor was modern and stylish
