Today I tried JamRock Express Jerk at their Posen, Illinois, location for breakfast and lunch. The cabbage was excellent including the Rice and Peas. However, the Jerk Chicken was extremely dry.As a man that has graduated from cooking school in Canada, America and Paris, France, with training in Japan and South Korea including multiple cooking presentations in Washington D.C., for government employees.
