First time customer ordered a dinner that cost $18,could not eat the chicken it was burned black and dry (terrible),the rice was chewy and the beans hard,cabbage was bland the Mac n cheese and sweet potatoes were ok, but I threw the rest of the dinner away...not edible what so ever. Would not recommend as a good "***** restruant.?

Yesterday I purchased the j*** catfish. I will NEVER comeback. When I went into the place, I didn’t smell any kind of food. Turns out my food had too much seasoning and it was very dry like it was just popped into a microwave. I will never go back. Worst experienced ever.

This restaurant has all the love and support from my friend and I. The staff accommodated us. They still served us even when they had to close the restaurant early because of an emergency they had. Their food is very tasty and well seasoned including the j*** nachos, shrimp dinner, to j*** chicken. Please support this business. You will be pleased of their great satisfactory customer service.

this place is fire. dinners are filling & delicious, the sides are perfect- I always get the plantains & yams but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I didn't know how good catfish could be before I came here. staff are friendly, unfortunately sometimes i'm too faded to talk much. they don't seem to mind. 10/10

Tried this restaurant out and was disappointed by the food. First beef patties had no flavor whatsoever. Second sides are extremely small for the prices being charged. J*** salmon tacos also no flavor besides the j*** sauce I dumped on them. J*** salmon pasta was ok, best thing I ordered. This place had good reviews but that isn't what I experienced as far as the food. Cook was friendly tho.

I was getting my hair colored at a shop next door Aug 17, 2022 so I thought I'd stop in for a j*** chicken salad. The salad was $16. I got about 6 ounces of lettuce, a few shards of carrots, a few cubes of cucumbers and green peppers, and a tiny tiny container of j*** sauce. The portion of chicken was about 6 ounces. The chicken was tasty. Seasoned with good j*** already. I also got 2 packages of dressing that my local grocer sells 4 for $1.00. Overall not worth $16. First and last visit.

This was my second time ordering from L&R. The first time I had 2 j*** chicken tacos and then I had the j*** chicken dinner. It was delicious! The chicken was seasoned so well. The red beans and rice was amazing! This place is so close to my home and I’m so excited to try everything on the menu. I will be a regular customer here

Excellent j*** chicken! But the best part was the quantity. I ordered a whole mixed chicken, dark and white meat, and got quite a bit more than expected. My dinner was also better packaged than others I’ve tried. It was in a double wrapped container and inside a plastic bag. Overall very satisfied, will return again, great j****
I had the salmon tacos, they might be in the top 10 best tacos I’ve ever had. The j*** seasoning has very good heat and each taco is stuffed with a ton of salmon (almost one taco is fulfilling). The onions were lightly grilled which added to the smoky flavor and the cheddar cheese and cilantro were a great accent. Can’t speak to the entire menu, but I need the salmon tacos in my life.

The food was amazing, the atmosphere was nice customer service was excellent and it was clean. I ordered the j*** salmon pasta infused with chicken with a beef patty, OMG it was amazing full of flavor. My friend order the j*** catfish dinner with plantains and cabbage, he was amazed, he said he never had j*** catfish or plantain before and said he’ll definitely order again. Before leaving he ordered a large cabbage togo… he said the cabbage is definitely a hit!!
