The owner needs to be more involved in this location. Enrique is not good at doing his job as a manager. I asked for a lemonade with chia seeds, and I got a lemonade with 12 pieces of chia. I waited in the drive thru and asked for more chia as there was no chia and showed him. He comes back, and the top of the lemonade was a bunch of unformed chia. Very unacceptable. I paid $6.55 for a large lemonade with chia seeds, not lemonade with 12 pieces of Chia. As I went in showing him my unacceptable lemonade, he wanted to charge me for another one tried claiming to refund policy. Why would I pay for another one if they couldn't even get it right after two times. Enrique is very unprofessional and needs some management training. Will not be coming back!
