Recent Reviews

They take a while to greet you at the drive thru. I'm not sure if they wait for the order of the car to be completed but it was a long wait. Aside from that they don't get your card and total when you arrive at the window either. Different atmosphere compared to the mr subs in joliet.

I might be spoiled by other locations, but this location doesn’t not provide the service nor food quantity of other locations. Compared to other places they seem to use half the amount of meat. Definitely will not stop here again.

I’m a first time customer here at this Midlothian location and I never write reviews anywhere but the young lady that works there needs to be recognized for her charisma and hard work .
She was so kind and made me and my mom feel welcomed from the time we came in until the time we were finished eating.

10/10 for customer service !!!
Highly recommended !!!
