We’ve visited the Belvidere IL location for both dine in and take out since it opened.
We have yet to be disappointed except when the delivery person (me) accidentally tipped a VERY hot pizza to one side, moving the toppings askew! 😂
Great service and they always offer our “usual” and/or specials!

Made my order on line 25 mins out so I could do a quick pick-up. When I arrived the had no idea who I was and the order was never started. When I finally recived my order it tasted live it was rushed. Worst Chicken parm sandwich I have ever eaten. No flavor, and very little sauce.

My family got into Chicago late evening for a funeral the next day so we ordered food delivered. The person taking my order was very pleasant, the food arrived before the designated time. Nice hot food and the delivery guys was very kind and courteous!

DONT order from here ! The manager, I spoke to was very unprofessional after I explained to him my order was not right. he argue with me and accuse me of lying like if I was a little kid, not knowing how to make an order I would never go to this place again I have. I am very disappointed. I have been ordering from them since they open, but I rather go to my original Rosati's on 111th and Kedzie. I was baffled by how he reacted I asked him is he the manager and he responded on the phone saying yes. My chicken was very pink in the inside Which means that they were not cooked all the way . This place was so unprofessional

We order from this Rosati’s at least once a week. The food is always hot and amazing. They have never messed up our order or forgot anything, which is uncommon these days. The quality and care put in to every order is outstanding.
