We order from this Rosati’s at least once a week. The food is always hot and amazing. They have never messed up our order or forgot anything, which is uncommon these days. The quality and care put in to every order is outstanding.

Don't run a promotion if you can't handle the volume. Disappointed to say the least! Called two other locations and they stated the same that they were no longer honoring the deal.

I used to like rosatis, now I'll probably never go there again. Ordered online for the deal, got an email with a notification of my order being ready. Got to store only to find (after waiting 40 mins in line) that my order wasn't anywhere near ready. Would be another 40mins plus. Talk about a promotional backfire. Can't even call for a refund
