The manager, I spoke to was very unprofessional after I explained to him my order was not right. he argue with me and accuse me of lying like if I was a little kid, not knowing how to make an order I would never go to this place again I have. I am very disappointed. I have been ordering from them since they open, but I rather go to my original Rosati's on 111th and Kedzie. I was baffled by how he reacted I asked him is he the manager and he responded on the phone saying yes. My chicken was very pink in the inside Which means that they were not cooked all the way . This place was so unprofessional

My daughters put me on to you all and your pizza is really good but my only mistake was when I accidentally ordered Italian beef and not Italian sausage big mistake on my part yall are go to now when I get pizza

We order from this Rosati’s at least once a week. The food is always hot and amazing. They have never messed up our order or forgot anything, which is uncommon these days. The quality and care put in to every order is outstanding.
