This restaurants food was great. I tried the Alambre Tacos (Asada, Chorizo, Tocino, Cebolla Y Chile) for the first time and they were excellent. I would get them with more tortillas next time but either way they tasted great. The meat was well cooked and seasoned. Their green and red sauce are also very excellent. Savory tacos with a good touch of seasoning.Went on taco Tuesday and got a special with 3 tacos & a pop. I can confirm the asada cabeza tripa & pastor tacos were a true delight and having that bite made you feel like you were enjoying some street tacos. I don't know if it's the lack of good Mexican food in Hawaii, but this place was fantastic! It definitely hit the spot. I wouldn't think that Chicago has good Mexican food, being pretty far from Mexico, but it really does. Shows what I know. We got a total of four burritos, three tacos, two chips and salsa, and pico de gallo, and four large horchata. I'm pretty sure there is something that I left out but all of that only cost me $70. That was a fantastic deal....
