“Had a great lunch at Pagalo’s. We had a large group, service was great and the food was even better. Can’t beat the lunch special, choice of two items - individual pizza, soup or a salad for $10.99. We’ll be back and next time will save room for gelato. Well done, Pagalo’s!”

“My boyfriend and I were trying to find a quick place to grab some food on his lunch break and we stumbled onto this place. We realized that it was an old Hardee's turned into a ma and Pa restaurant. The food was regular. The atmosphere was homie except Little gnats kept flying around us. When I mean regular for the food I mean like I think it was called a Colorado sandwich and it came out on a bun with chicken and bacon cheese and barbecue sauce. However, the barley soup that came with it as well was very good. The waitress was on her game and she was very kind. The inside looks a little scummy but waitresses is very kind.”

“My family of 4 and I each had an order of 3 tacos, followed by ice cream as a dessert. The tacos are so delicious! The shells are fried, and they really taste just as good as ordering them from a mexican restaurant! They come with your choice of meat (chicken or burger), lettuce, cheese, and tomato. My daughter doesn't care for lettuce or tomato on hers. When we go other places and she gets the same, they are pretty skimpy with the fillings. Not at Finn's! Even with just meat and cheese, these were STUFFED! Finn's definitely hooks you up on the fillings! The ice cream we had for dessert was SO good - like a homestyle ice cream: rich flavor, smooth and creamy. Highly recommend - 5/5 ⭐'s! Their food is amazing, fast service, friendly staff, laid back atmosphere, awesome decor, plenty of seating, and they also host events and fun things from time to time! Not to mention Joe is an amazing owner who gives back to his commuinty!”

“I’ve always had a wonderful experience with going to any Scooter’s coffee location in NE Wisconsin - the staff is always wonderful, the coffee and eats are fresh and you don’t need to wait in line for more than a minute or two.”

“I had an amazing experience at the Milan Hy-Vee Market Grille! I stopped in for dinner and ordered the jalapeño burger. It was absolutely fantastic. Perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. The food here is top-notch, and the half-price starters make it even better. If you enjoy a drink, they also have half-price beer weekdays from 3-6, which is a great deal. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!”

“I haven’t been here in years. I looked online for family deals on Mondays, and I saw the family night on Monday night. So I checked the menu online, and found the Milan Happy Joes has a family special, for $25 and it comes with pizza and pop. Okay. So I call, and order ahead. I honestly think I could have clarified exactly what the special was, but in my defense, I thought I was ordering what the menu showed so it didn’t occur to me to verify. Plus, for years, it’s always been that. Hind sight is always 20/20.

When we arrived, she said drinks were not included, but what would we like. I’m stunned. She got our drinks. I was thinking about this, and my husband came back from the restroom and I let him know that actually the family special is evidently $27.99 and comes with breadsticks and cinnamon pizza. Drinks are not included. So my husband talked to a manager. To which the manager replied, well that’s a Google doc. Which. That is incorrect, Google was the search engine I used….. he also said well that’s Google and not happy joes. So I said okay, let me show you how I got here. So I went to happy joes, clicked deals, and it asked for participating locations. I clicked Illinois, then I clicked Milan. From there, I clicked menu. I screenshotted the menu, and the home page of my phone to show the date I was here, October 6, 2025. Technically I could sue happy joes for them not honoring their contract. However that’s silly and I’m not going to do that. BUT, the menu should reflect what they are selling, and it should reflect correctly.

So, once the manager realizes, that I wasn’t on a “Google docs” as he so put it, whatever that is……he told me he is not responsible for corporate and what they put on their menu. He also said that it’s a lot of food, and I can’t expect that price listed. (I didn’t realize what I was ordering, I thought the family special was JUST pizza and pop)

So. With all that said,

We had, a small pepperoni. A half nacho Joe, and half sausage. The special comes with a tiny cinnamon pizza, and a cheese bread with marinara sauce.

Not one single complaint with the food. Everything was hot, and fresh. I’ve actually never had the cheese bread, or the cinnamon bread, and I can see why they would be on the special, because they were soooo good and possibly the stars of the show. It SHOULD be reflected on the menu.

Would I come here again? I want to say yes, because it’s good, and nostalgic. I just have to pray about my attitude in regards to the conversation I had with the manager, because he made me feel as if I, was the problem.”

“Best TJ's we've been too. Very friendly staff. Very clean restaurant. You could tell they are very proud of it. They even had all the sauce packets face up so you could read them. Good fast fresh service. Will stop again when we come back too the area.”

The waitress was friendly, nice, and made sure I had everything I needed.
It's an open kitchen so you can watch the cook prepare your food.
Comfortable booths, clean tables and lots of counter space.
