Everytime I order in the evening for my family they don't get the order correct. I had a dry salad when it was supposed to have sweet onion dressing on it. My husband has requested double meat Everytime. We get charged for it and don't get the double meat.. daytime is better by far. Spent 63.00 for not what we wanted. It's disappointing.

If they get too busy they start canceling online orders and disconnect their phones so you can't call about it it's overall very bad customer service and they can't even assemble the sandwich without making a giant

The teenage kid obviously doesn't want to work here. The place wasn't busy but dirty and extremely cluttered. And fair warning if I get sick from this sub... I'll puke or sheet into a bag and bring it back

11/03/23. Horrible service extremely slow. Will take the extra 5 minutes to drive to lacon from now on. Order was supposed to be ready at 415. It's now 15 mins late and they are only on the second sandwich. The girls are in the back screaming and talking the guy up front is extremely slow. They have no bread and the soft drink fountain is always out of order. 10/10 would never recommend even to my worst enemy

Service was horrible! Faith was so unpleasant and just plain rude! Seriously shoving sandwiches in wrapper and squeezing them to make them fit! I called her out and even told her maybe a smile on her face would help! They were really busy and a line very long but that doesn’t excuse the rudeness! You could tell she didn’t want to be there and the line making her have to work!

Worst management ever. Leaves middle of the day always on her phone. Place got a update recent and looks like it hasn't been cleaned since. Lucked if you actually get fresh veggies. Manager is unprofessional and rude to customers and loves to just hid in the office. LAZY STAFF. They should shut the doors and get rid of there staff. Manager always smells like dope.

First only 1 person working at lunchtime, service was really bad. The girl was not good with customers. She has to ask employees from Road Ranger to help her out, and they didn't know what they were doing, instead of her saying, "Excuse me could you give me 2 minutes to check on the bread in the oven, I'm the only one here", she asked what I wanted on my sub 4 times! Then I said I want a salad too, she said don't think we have salad! Seriously! I told her your sign says you do, she was confused! Needless to say she needs more help and Training! Because my salad wasn't good at all. We will never stop in there again.

Deeply disappointed with the woman working the register. The gentleman making our sandwiches was wonderful, but this woman forgot to include part of our order that we had to go back and get. She also attempted to reprimand staff at the counter in front of my group and the rest of the dining room. Her behavior directly affects this review.
