Employees are always friendly and willing to help when needed. This location has the THE best manager that stays connected with be communities he serves and keeps us up-to-date on any delivery delays. It really helps when you are planning grocery trips when weather is bad or you are down from a surgery or injury!

Just moved to the area from plainfield and there's no crazy difference between this jewel and many others in the area. I agree with some posters regarding staff being less than welcoming or friendly when compared to other jewel-osco spots, but no major issues. Feels smaller than the rt 59 location, about similar to shorewood one. Went before and after the major holidays and was as expected regarding stock of items and pricing. Today I Stop by Jewel at Minooka and was Looking for the Coke Zero special they had! But they’re we’re out in the shelves and seen a staff which I ask him if they still had any which his Response was “let me go check in the back to see if we have more” I’m not use to that! I’m more use too “what we have out here is all we have” but not Julian H. He actually took the time to go check for me and for that I Thank him! Nice guy!
