I have eaten at this Starbucks inside the jewel osco before, and I had no complaints, I just wanted to mention that the Starbucks employees are forced to stand in one spot with no floor mats on the ground, and I saw one of the Starbucks associate struggling to Stand, and I thought that was unacceptable for whoever runs that Starbucks to not have supplied mats for them all day. Jess knows how to run this show despite being under the Jewel/Osco umbrella. Her team is friendly and knows their regulars. 8 Venti unicorn Frappuccino's, no problem, next! Shout out to Katie for her rock-solid reliability!
I recommend Starbucks hire people who can read or they need to properly train their employees. My order is wrong more than it’s right and I order the same drink every time! The label clearly shows my order. I got ONLY tea and filled with ice. Yesterday my husband ordered a coffee with 1 cream and OVER HALF THE DRINK WAS CREAM. Do better!
