I went to this DQ last week and was so surprised by the friendliness of the staff. There was a young lady named Emmy who was so polite and kind. It is hard to find young kids so polite to adults these days, so it was very refreshing.

Ordered online to save time. I arrived late and the order had not been started yet. I get he was working alone and busy. That is not what prompted the 2 stars. Blizzards were only mixed a bit more than halfway through the cup. Almost the entire bottom was just plain DQ soft serve. I would rather wait longer for a perfect product than to get it in a hurry. Standards need to stay high even when busy.

I rarely leave reviews, but this visit to Dairy Queen was unbelievably bad. It took over 30 minutes just to place an order, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. When we finally got our food, every single order was either wrong or poorly made, items were missing, wrong toppings, completely different meals, you name it.
To make things worse, the employees were rude and dismissive when we politely pointed out the mistakes. No apologies, just attitude. And the place itself was dirty and unkempt, from the floors to the counters.
Definitely won’t be coming back. If you’re craving DQ, I suggest finding a different location.

This location is filthy and the service is slow. I get its a couple of high school kids with a part time job, and props to them for working, however the bathroom is disgusting. My 4 year old boy (who plays in the dirt, sand, and even mud) even said it was nasty after seeing a bug in there. The walk back there should be a warning sign as there are boxes stacked throughout that narrow hallway-- which is most definitely a fire hazard (might contact the local fire marshall to check it out).
If they neglect basic housekeeping imagine what else they're possibly neglecting. Perhaps the cleaning of the ice cream machines aren't dont as frequently....
Ownership needs to be more present.

I have been visiting dairy queen since 1995, and they have never disappointed me. 10/10 stellar service, and the cotton candy blizzard is the best flavor. If you haven't had it then you are missing out.
Waited 20 minutes for a soft serve kids cone. They don’t take your order at the speaker you have to drive to the window to order. EVERYTIME this is crazy won’t be back
