These people are unbelievable. Was in line and ordered 3 coffees, when I got to the window to pay I asked if they would add 2 donuts to my order. The person in the window said I would have to go around and get back in line in order to add 2 donuts to my order! Unbelievably lazy and miserable! If you don’t like your job go find something else to do, preferably something not dealing with people or in any kind of service to people.

Honestly, how hard is it to get an espresso order right!! Went there multiple times. Had to repeat my simple one drink order 3X. And they still got it wrong!Twice in a row!!!And on Free Donut day. Insisted they were out of Donuts. They weren’t!!!This location sucks.

Do yourself a favor and go to the gas and wash Dunkin’s, better owners. These are clearly ran by people who don’t care. They have messed up my orders numerous times, and can’t make a coffee to save their life.

Be aware: ALWAYS check your order! Including drinks! This has happened to me a few times now that it has become a pattern: today for example I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese on a begal, and when I get home it was 2 egg and bacon! In prior incidents I just assumed it was an error because they are so busy, and they have gotten better since my last review, but now I am convinced it's done on purpose! I went this morning probably around 6:45, the place was practically deserted, and yet again half of my order was not what I asked for! Now I believe they do this in the hope that you are too busy to turn back and confront them, and sure enough I am cause we are running to a 8am game in Plainfield!To the business: this is not the way to do business. You should be ashamed of yourself for such practice. If you don't like what you do, change your line of business and spare the customer of such horrible service!

Was told by the girl at the drive thru that they cannot place 2 seperate orders at the drive thru and you would have to come back around for the 2nd one. In addition, they also charge you 75 cents for no ice in a medium cold brew. I want to clarify the worker was very pleasant and helpful when we asked why we were charged extra, that being said this experience has sullied my expectations of a "convenient" coffee shop.

Ever since the tall Indian guy started working here they make you pay for a full drink but only give you three quarters of one!!! This Duncan used to be the best.... But when you ask for the rest of your coffee that you paid for this guy tells you that their protocol is to not fill the cup all the way up to give you a full drink that you paid for. All the good employees are disappearing or are pushed to the back and these new ones are ruining the store!!!!! Oh and this guy likes to yell at you through the speaker in the Drive-Thru telling you to pull up when there is nowhere for you to pull up to because no one has moved!!!!
