Nice family own small restaurant with great service. Our dishes came in a reasonable time, freshly prepared hot out of the kitchen. The taste was good, but the quantity a little smaller than we expected for the price paid. There are just a few tables for dining at this location. Overall, we liked the experience and recommend this restaurant.

This location is fantastic. From the moment you enter, the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. The food was a delightful surprise; everything was absolutely fresh and tasty. Don't hesitate to stop by for some fresh food in a clean establishment. Highly recommended if you are in the area.
Food was phenomenal and price was very reasonable. Service was equally exceptional. All staff greeted every patron and made sure they had a great experience. If I am ever in the Chicago area again, I will definitely be stopping at Frank’s Shrimp and Chicken.

We stopped in craving something simple and comforting — and wow, did Frank’s deliver. The chicken tenders were perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. And the Chicago-style shrimp? Absolutely incredible — fresh, bold, and addicting.
But what really took everything over the top was their homemade ranch. It’s hands-down some of the best I’ve ever had — creamy, flavorful, and clearly made with care.
The customer service was just as impressive as the food. Friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming — you can tell they take pride in what they do.
If you’re in Chicago and looking for comfort food done right, do yourself a favor and stop by Frank’s. We’ll definitely be back!
Little pricy , Grouper was good., garlic bread was a bread roll fries needed to b crispy coleslaw slaw and fish sauce was no big deal I only ate the fried Grouper 🙃
