Hostess and waitress extremely RUDE! We called ahead to order a deep dish and was told with an attitude we could not pre order.
(Which is understandable maybe people don't show up) So me and my family (3 little kids) went to dine in at 5:30 on a Tuesday and was told they were on a 15-20 min wait. I was ok with that, proceeded to ask if we could put our deep dish order in since we had children and menu states it takes 50 min to cook. My husband and I were visiting from Las Vegas. Even though we have a Giordano’s in LV, it tastes so much better in IL. I had originally made an online order (stuffed pizza) but realized I ordered just cheese and forgot to add sausage. How can you order a Giordano's stuffed pizza without sausage?? SMH. When I went inside to pick up our order, I had spoken with Mistie. I had explained to her my mistake and she informed me that I would have to purchase another pizza with sausage....read full review
