They are always skimping on spud toppings. Very frustrating for the cost of food these days. My veggie spud had two broccoli and one spinach leaf. ONE.

This store is a mess you are lucky if you get all your food. Even luckier if it’s made right last order I had included a rueban it had no sauerkraut or dressing. Terrible This is the third time I have had issue here You won’t see me their again good luck going there. I suggest you order twice as much then maybe you’ll get lucky

It seems okay. I stopped by on Thursday and ordered one of their half and half comboe's to go. There was 2 people working front, but it seemed only 1 of them was actually working. he didn't seem to listen when asked anything and was too quiet, had to ask him to speak up. Everyone else seems very hard-working, and I appreciate their effort. but either way food was very good and made just the way i asked, and when it was given to me, i was even asked to make sure i got my drink already. i would definitely come back! once again thank you to everyone who treated me and my time with respect.

While the food was enjoyable as always, the experience was negatively impacted by the behavior of the staff at the ordering desk, this evening. One of the employees was speaking loudly and using inappropriate language, which created a disruptive atmosphere. It felt more like a casual hangout rather than a professional setting, and it made it difficult for my family to enjoy our meal. I hope this can be addressed to ensure a more pleasant dining experience for all guests.

We arrived at 1118. Looked at the menu. Order taken at 1124. They open at 1030. The soup I ordered they were out of. So changed to redbeads n rice, with salad. Its all young kids all talking . No coffee made, my soup was not even warm. We were the only customers in the place. And they want tips? Ridiculous.

Ordered delivery from their site for a family game night. Less than half the order actually showed up. When we called they told us they realised they had our food still and we could come pick up the rest, despite paying delivery fee and tip. We had been having a few drinks so asked for a refund instead. They said they werent able to do that or send someone else to deliver it. We have to call to speak to a manager at a later date to figure it all out. They kept the food and they kept all the money.
Felt like the place was run however they felt like. I seemed to be an inconvenience to want to place an order.

This Mcallister's has forgotten my desserts multiple times on delivery orders and has not refunded my money when asked for a refund. I would not order here ever again.

Food was decent but not amazing. The serrvice was rather slow (it took about 45 minutes to get our food) and the hostess was a bit rude. They really seemed to prioritize the drive through and ignored any customers coming inside. Honestly probably won't be returning again. Don't recommend going unless you don't have anything else going on that day.
