Past few times I’ve been here the food is terrible. They definitely could update the management and the employees could do a better job. A lot of the business policies are very stupid. Oh, you can’t have a napkin or an eating utensil unless you’re eating here. That is a stupid policy. I come here to pick up orders and every time it’s always slow. This management needs to get better. Whoever is running the place make some changes.

I recently wrote a bad review based on a recent negative experience with an obviously stressed employee. While I understand the stress of a lunch rush, it isn’t an excuse to make a customer feel so badly. I never write bad reviews and truly try to be the person who goes out of their way to tell when people do the right thing, but this recent experience was something that could really ruin a restaurant. This would be unfortunate as its both of my daughters absolutely favorite restaurant.However, the General Manager reached out to me to reassure me that this is not their standard…a fact I know to be true for the most part as we frequent the restaurant on special treat days. Still, it went a long way to show the level of care and concern that is put into ensuring customers leave satisfied. Between Tom (the General Manager) and the very kind older lady who works the register, I feel confident that our original love of McAlister’s and their commitment to good food and good customer service is genuine and true. Thank you for turning around what could have been a terrible overall view. Your effort just to talk with me speaks volumes about their values. Again, thank you.

My first visit, and unfortunately my last one. We went specifically for the baked potatoes and we're told that we may or may not get them. Then the chaos began with a Hispanic lady coming from the back kitchen to yell at the cashier for placing our order for baked potatoes. Then the shift manager began yelling at the poor cashier. We were so confused we asked for a refund and we're not given it.....we were totally shocked!!! Then the shift manager began to say that ownership doesn't give a damn, and that they as employees are treated poorly. Obviously no one with experience was present at the restaurant much less a member of their leadership team. We will not go back and we encourage our friends to try something different when they plan to go to McAllister's deli.

This was the worst possible 50 minute wait I’ve ever encountered. It wasn’t that busy and I placed my order for 12:05 and it is now 12:55 and “it was bagged twice wrong order”. On top of that the order was placed at 11:45 ish. This was only four items and as I write this I’m very disappointed and other customers keep on waiting for there’s. After today I won’t come to this location again. I wish I could give this 0.25 stars. Poor customer service to orders that have been already placed.

Salads are fresh and great portion sizeVegetarian options: The veggie spud is huge and tasty. My favorite spud!
The food was pretty good. I recommend checking your food before you leave because they did mess up on a couple things I ordered, but they did fix it quickly. We waited however 45 min to get our food but they quickly got slammed with many customers when we ordered so I understand the wait. I will be back tho hopefully it gets
If you don't mind paying $7 for a plain baked potato (just a potato) then this is the place for you.

This is a great place to come for lunch or dinner. We had a five dollar E gift card and we’re in the area so we stopped. My husband did the sandwich inside. My son did the two for $9.99 where he was able to get two sandwiches.and I did soup and a spud. Everything was so tasty. Everything was cooked, fresh and hot and brought to our table. The establishment was very clean with very nice customer service.

I'm from Texas visiting family and the food here is definitely not as good as McAlister's locations around the DFW metroplex. Seems less fresh or like they get their food from an inferior vendor. No issue with the staff or anything, but compared to what I get in Texas, it's definitely not worth it to me. Also, the sweet tea, bad. Not sweet at all.
