Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Money
I had a really disappointing experience at Mindy’s Ribs in Mokena. I placed an order ahead of time using their app, spending $142 on what I hoped would be a solid meal. Unfortunately, the experience was far from that.

I’ve been to Mindys, but not for about a year. I would absolutely not go back. The chicken was over cooked mushy inside but had such hard old pieces of skin I thought I bit a bone. The bread was dry and the corn was flavorless and obviously frozen and either nukes or left to sit in water. Would not waste the money.
My sisters and I stopped in yesterday afternoon. Been coming here for quite some time. We were there in July and enjoyed a delicious Italian beef combo. It was served on great Italian bread and the au jus was plentiful and tasty. Second best beef I’ve ever had. Sad to say our stop yesterday was not so good. They changed the sandwich, now served on toasted hoagie bun with a little cup of au jus. Very dry. My sister had a meatball sandwich, also dry. We won’t be looking forward...read full review
