We like Nancy’s Pizza, although it seems as though the quality of the cheese has been downgraded over the past few years. What really disappoints is Nancy’s chicken strips. We’ve had several instances where they barely give you full sized pieces. Over our last order, I politely asked that they check the order before delivery. The young lady taking my order said that they go by weight and not the number of pieces. The order still showed up as though they were deep fried...
The pizza was delicious! My only complaint is there just wasn't enough lol. I ordered a thin crust family size which was more like a large than family. But it was fresh and very tasty. Customer service was also great. I will definitely be going
Always loved Nancy's. I suggest not ordering online.We had 3 pizzas with different types of topings, and they were all one the pizzas, but not on the right pizzas.In their defense, we didn't call to correct them because we were home when we discovered it. We lived 30+ miles away and weren't going back up there.
