Staff is absolutely amazing as well as the quality of the bowls and shake are top tier compared to many other places. I would high recommend especially since they care for how authentic and natural their products are!!!!

Nutrition Hub is a great place to go for getting something healthy. The smoothies and teas are great. The owner, Claudia is also really friendly and the weight loss program there is also very good. Highly recommend this local business!

No ingredients listed on their website, so it's frustrating trying to order with food allergies. All three smoothies that I've tried taste processed and like powder, not sure if they use any fruits or vegetables. Very expensive and the menu on their website is not user friendly.

Another one of these counter service nutrition places. It has a location in Mokena. Nutrition Hub specializes in making their own shakes and teas. Maybe only a few are good. There's some worth getting and others that aren't among these. It seems like it's pretty basic. Lots of teas and protein shakes to choose from. Teas are the better ones to get in my opinion. Much cheaper compared to the protein shakes that are mostly just powder mixed with ice. The prices for these are still kind of high though. It's $4.50 for a small one. They also have a few snacks like the protein cake pops. It's $3.50 each. These make good presents for a health nut friend in need of a treat or something more interesting to munch on. Basic health supplement and health themed place and they try to get you to become a member. It makes the protein shakes from a powder. The cake pops are also made from this.
I called in to ask if they had vegan options. The lady on the phone said yes. I drove all the way there for a woman (not sure if it was the same one) to tell me the one type of protein powder they had for “vegan” options had honey in it. This would have been very helpful to know when I called so I didn’t waste my time coming over. I ended up in a rush trying to get lunch and also make it to the counselor appointment I had that day and ended up late. It felt like they had basically lied to me about having vegan options (I’m a vegan so that’s why I asked). Steer clear of this place if you’re a vegan.
