It’s way /way/ easier getting food here than the one in Matteson. I wouldn’t get carry out around 5 pm though, unless you want to deal with them getting overly defensive.
They asked me for the name, I showed them the confirmation page, they said okay and went to look at the bag and then they asked me for my name again. Told them my name and then I was further asked for the last four digits of my number.
That was way too much of a hassle when Panda Express in general is a 6 most of the time, sometimes 7.

I was just there in the Drive-Thru and they forgot me at the second window. So I'm sitting there for like 15 minutes car after car passing me. I go inside and they say sorry they're waiting for the chicken to make but the chicken I want is a full fresh pot ready to be given to me. If you forgot about me you forgot about me but don't lie. And on top of that these goofs tried to ring me out twice like I didn't already pay for my food.

Great service, friendly employees. Fried rice lacks flavor and orange chicken was soft and mushy. Usually better quality orange chicken but the fried rice is always bland.

They lied about the amount of time for my food to be ready. Waited over 20 mins to get my food. They should know how long it takes to cook the same daily chicken. On top of that, I wasn’t offered nothing but a sorry for my time. The dining area was empty, and drive thru had 3 cars, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they just had a wave come before my 11:50am arrival. So 2 stars.
