It was very cute. We have heard of the White Castle Valentines Day experience and tried it this year. The restaurant was decorated nicely and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to others to try.

Valentine's day at White Castle was terrific. The restaurant was decorated so nice, the staff was friendly and the food was great. It was my first experience on VD but it will become a tradition.

Went through drive thru to place order on my way home from a 12hour shift. Fries were ice cold, cheese burgers cold (including the bacon). Called the store to report it, the phone connection was so bad and staticky I'm not sure whoever answered the phone heard me. Food order was thrown out, what a waste of money and extremely poor customer service.

Kudos to the late Saturday night crew! The food is always on point! Every time I come on a Saturday super late, I have no complaints. I came in on a Friday evening, and during the week, a few times, the service was slow, and my food wasn't fresh. The fries definitely needed the grease changed, and the burgers were extra soggy! I will continue to frequent this location, but only on Saturdays
