Was planning on grabbing breakfast before my flight, but options were minimal. Ended up going with a blueberry bagel, which was stale and unenjoyable. If planning to eat before your flight, look outside of the airport.

My waffle was cold but the waitress were so nice
Good service, smoked Turkey wrap is pretty good, fresh veges and tots were freshly fried. 5 stars for a airport cafe!

Rather than stop at one of the busy chains, I decided to have my meal at the airport prior to my flight. It was a good choice. First, my server Pam was outstanding. She was attentive and professional. The restaurant is calm and quiet, and there is lots of room. The meal was cooked just as ordered, with eggs, sausage potatoes and an English Muffin. The prices are very reasonable. Next time in Quad Cities International, I'll eat here again.
Arrived just after breakfast crowd and as lunch crowd was seating. Bartender server Trevor was outstanding, attentive, and obviously a man with future in the hospitality restaurant career. Food was prepared quickly, came out hot (unlike many chain sit down restaurants), and was delicious. Prices reasonable for an airport, in fact very competitive to most area restaurants. Definitely worth a stop. Tell them General Bob sent you.
