We got to our hotel at around 8pm and saw this place across the street so we walked over to get some late dinner. Being 30 mins before closing, we weren't expecting the girls to be so sweet and accommodating but we were pleasantly surprised! I'd definitely recommend eating here (maybe not so close to closing)!
I want to start off by apologizing that we came in at 830. Aircraft Grill is a hidden gem near the airport, known for serving excellent homemade food in generous portions. The menu features a variety of satisfying dishes, including the sampler platter with 1/2 rack of ribs, pulled pork, and brisket, along with a soup and salad bar that offers AYCE options. The salad bar is highly praised for its quality, and the prime rib is recommended especially on Friday or Saturday nights. The baked cod and fried shrimp are also well-received by customers. The staff, including the friendly and attentive owner, create a welcoming, down-home atmosphere. Despite the tight space, guests enjoy the wholesome food and friendly service, making it a favorite spot for those in the Quad Cities area.
