“Here's a review for you. The cashier tells my mom her amount for her food. My mom very nicely asks I thought it was more than that. The cashier asked what she had. NOT ONCE BUT TWICE SHE INTERRUPTS HER BY CLOSING THE WINDOW. TWICE!!!! And then proceeds to tell her the amount takes her debit card and closes the window a THIRD time. Also turned to coworker and asks why is this amount on the f*cking screen. She then gives my mom her food and says have a good night yea screw off lady. Done buying from there. I used to prefer that store but not anymore DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!“

“The price is really reasonable with the big portion you get. Customer service is really sweet and nice. For taste of food, we tried sandwich, wrap and tenders, I will not say the flavor is really impressed me. Not too much flavor for batter.“

“After some back to school shopping, the whole family was craving a meal! We stopped by our favorite chikfila for a positive experience as always. My mother loves how friendly the staff always is, the food is always hot, fries are seasoned perfect, and the portions are great! We even got to meet Ethan and he told us how he traveled all the way across America to run this awesome store. Run, don’t walk, to this chikfila next time you’re at north park mall!“

“Service is always excellent, it’s the missing items that’s the problem. Literally, something so simple as a cherry on top of a milkshake, and it can’t ever be done whenever I order!“
