Came through the drive thru, even with my hearing aaids,I couldn't hardly hear the speaker.I find it so rude,when they can't even tell you how much you will need,to pay your purchase,pull around, I will give you the total at the window. I pull around, here's some younger black fella,he's so incredibly rude,you try to speak to him, he barely has the window cracked open,then he hurries,after you hand him your card,shuts the window on you again,like I have a bad disease or something....read full review
Went through drive and asked for 2 large Mac and cheese and 2 large mashed potatoes. Why Mac and cheese was only halfway full. If I'm paying my money I expect quantity with quality too....
Ordered our food online picked it up checked it all in the car. Came back in because we didn't get biscuits and half of so chicken we ordered. I walk and I'm told that I have all my chicken, even though I don't. I call, and they tell me to come get the rest of the chicken. Then when I came into the counter, the manager argues with me that I got the chicken and I ordered. She said she personally bagged the order and she put all the chicken in there.
