I can forgive a lot. It took a long time to get seated. My order was wrong. Etc. After all, many places are short-staffed. Unfortunately, I had to hear a rather lengthy argument from the kitchen about whose fault it was that my order was wrong. Then tried and failed to get the attention of a server who engaged the table next to me in a rambling conversation just so I could get my check and finally leave. Poor service. Unprofessional staff. Mediocre (at best) food. After that experience, I won't bother to return.

Went in for lunch It smelled awful soon as we walked in the door all of the tables on one side were filthy and filled with plates the waitress took our drink order then went and sat and talked with friends and didn’t come back for 15 mins the table next to us walked out because there order took so long. All of the employees sat in the back having a great time laughing and listening to music my family was one of 3 tables there 2 tables came in after got there food before my family so we left my food probably still isn’t there. the whole experience sucked won’t be back. Definitely went downhill don’t go here unless you want your food with a side of flies this is the place to go.

I was in today after over a Month found out Pennie not there anymore wow what a disappointment she used to run the place , i was very disappointed today my food was horrible cold the waitress was slow and unattentive , flies all over the walls a few landed on my food how disgusting . I will not come back .You need Pennie back there

I love the Food. Despite the Service sometimes, I really enjoy Going there the Food is always Seasoned which is Hard to find these Days Always so Hot and Fresh. The Manager is Super Nice, She Always Is Upbeat, No matter if the Cook is A Lil slow, Love Going Here for A Date Night. Although the Prices Changed but that's Everywhere just bring back the Meal with Coffee and Juice Please. Waitresses is Always Super Nice too.

I don’t think I’ve ever written a bad review after years on google until today. I used to work in the food industry so I am very generous with the slack I cut but yesterday was a joke. I decided I wanted to go to Dennys with my family for my birthday dinner and ordered the double berry banana pancake breakfast and a slice of cheesecake. The server forgot to bring out our order not once, not TWICE, but THREE TIMES. Most of my family got their food after waiting about 55 minutes and when they were finished eating I had only received some bacon that crumbled to dust when you broke it in half and an egg someone sucked the soul out of it was so dry. After AN HOUR AND A HALF he brought me out an order of PLAIN PANCAKES once my mom reminded him for THE THIRD TIME. Mind you, the entire restaurant had 4 families in it, two of which were already eating when we arrived. I’m an honest person who usually tips generously because I’m well aware of the struggles servers go through, but that was the very first check I have EVER wanted to walk on. We ended up paying over 60 dollars for poor quality food, the worst service of my life, and to miss the movie we were going to see. We drove over an hour just to be disappointed and drive right back home. Thanks for proving blink-182 right- nobody likes you when you’re 23. ???

Went here for Father's Day group of 6. They didn't have a 6 top available and told us we would have to wait an hour. There were 8 booths open so we told them we'd just sit separate in 2 booths. The waitress did not want us to do that so we were going to leave but then they ok'd it last minute. They had a really bad attitude about this for some odd reason. Took 15 minutes for us to order drinks after another 10 minutes she came back for us to finally order. We sat for 45 minutes after waiting on the food in which the order was completely wrong. Waited around for the check so we could pay and leave but our waitress never came back. So we went to the front to demand the check or we were just going to leave. Finally another waitress prints our check out and we pay then leave. Very bad experience and we won't be returning. To top it off this place was not very busy at all.

Did a order for pick up. Plant Based burgers! They are amazing! After all these years going plant based I can once again visit our old favorite places. They were so good!

Apparently if you order to go the food quality is even lower. My bacon was so crispy they fried the flavor out. Over medium eggs were hockey pucks. Somehow French toast had a fishy taste. Service is failing, but prices are up. The worst breakfast I have ever had.

Mom loved places like Wags, Papa Bears or Nikarrys. She even liked Denny's. The one in Aurora is super,but this one in Moline bogus asf. Sam and I figured we grab that neverending breakfast. Went to the men's room to find a river across the floor from the toilet to the sink. Oh did it stank. Then the ceiling above us had a metal pan lodged in between the ceiling and the hanging ceiling to catch water I think lol. The lady pours my coffee and spills it on the table all around my cup and all over the floor. Just left it there ? ahhh well won't be going back here again that's for sure!

Had a new server. The food was good. 8$ for the all u can eat eggs. Pancakes ,& hash browns. Lots of parking. Not too busy.

Service today was awful!There was 4 of us total. One being a 4 year old girl. We had to ask him for a color sheet menu for her. The waiter brought me the wrong dinner. I had to send it back. He did apologize. But the only time he came to check on us was when he brought the drinks and our food to our table or when he had to go to go to one of the other tables and we stopped him. It was not a pleasant experience.

The spicy sizzling skillet was delicious. The service was not good. I ordered a smoothie and by the time I got it I was almost done eating. I ordered some tortillas with my skillet and they brought me two with my meal and I would have liked to order more, but I never got the chance to.

The waitress/ manager didnt care about certain customers. Took a long time to even get her attention. Also the food kept changing taste when got more of the endless breakfast. It also changed how it was presented. Will never return

Where to begin!? First off, the restaurant was not busy. Maybe 5 tables of people. I know there is an employee shortage. I get it. People just don’t want to work these days. So that being said my husband and I try to be patient. We were sat quickly and that’s where the good service ends. It took our waitress 10 minutes to get our drinks. We ordered our food. 40 minutes later a gentleman that sat down a good while after us got his food. We asked where ours was. She left and came back with our food. I’m betting it had been ready awhile ago because it was now cold. We had no silverware either. Tables around us were all dirty. We asked our waitress twice for a refill of drink before she finally did it. We use to love this place but it’s really gone downhill. The employees that are there don’t want to be there and the management is no where to be seen. It’s a shame. I’m hoping things look up soon and we can enjoy one of our favorite places to hang out again.
