We made our last trip to this restaurant last night. For the third time in a row now we’ve had to stand at the entrance to the restaurant for at an extremely long time while the employees stand in the back talking and ignoring the customers. Note there’s plenty of seating so that’s not the issue. Once you’re seated the service seems to improve dramatically and the food is good and priced reasonable but the unnecessary wait makes you think they don’t want your business, so with that I would recommend going somewhere else if you’re in a time crunch..

This place always smells so good when walking in the mall, it always attracts my taste buds. I recommend eating here with any one of your choosing. I always order the sr.Burro and it’s huge! Definitely take some home! The staff if friendly and always on top of refills and making sure you need anything!

Always my favorite place to eat. They always have the best customer service and food. Their queso dip is my favorite for sure and if you haven't tried their chicken tortilla soup 🤤🤤🤤 but you can't go wrong with anything there!

As soon as you walk in you can feel the heat. I understand some people don’t mind that, but I think it’s uncomfortable to eat when I’m hot. Sadly the gorditas came out dripping with so much oil that they were soggy/crumbly and shiny because of it. 🤦♀️and the filling was awful. The beans were pretty good. Not the rice. The fountain Pepsi had that funky neglected pop machine taste lol. Wasted so much money on that dinner. 🤦♀️ I understand having and running a restaurant is hard work but consistency is key. How in the world would you let food like that out of your kitchen onto a customers plate?! Smh Waitress was kind. Attentive.

Went there for lunch yesterday with my daughter, son-in-law and grandson. We have always had a great experience. Yesterday, not so much. We followed our waitress to the table where she tossed the menus on the table and walked away. At that time, she had one other table ( we found out was her husband and son) while the other waitress had 4 tables. After 10 min, she left her family's table to take our order. Halfway through our order, a friend of hers came in, walked up to our table where they had a conversation before taking the other half of our order. She then sat her friend and that woman's husband next to her own family and took their order. When our food was ready, the other poor waitress brought our food out since our waitress was far too busy attending to her friends and family. She never checked to see if we needed refills or needed anything. When we were ready to leave, my daughter had to get a to-go box for my grandson while our waitress delivered a second round of food to her special people. My son-in-law actually had to stop her to ask for our check so we could leave. Needless to say, she earned NO tip from our table. And we generally tip about 30%, more if service is great. We will be back, just will not accept her as our server.
We went there today with a buy one lunch, get one free coupon when you buy 2 drinks. We ordered a taco salad with grilled chicken and enchiladas Mexicana and 2 drinks. We go to pay and they won't honor the coupon. We didn't order from the lunch menu. The lunch menu was not offered. The lunch menu also says 11 to 2. We were there shortly after 2, it was our lunch. Because we didn't ask for the lunch menu. How are we supposed to know there is a lunch menu? The coupon does not state must order from a lunch menu from 11 to 2. We are not happy customers.

Food is always good only complain it quit putting the to go orders in Styrofoam containers because this is the second time now when we have gotten it home that the container was melted thru and no one wants Styrofoam in their food.

I was so happy that I found a place that makes fideo soup. It was so delicious I ordered some more food but I couldn't finish it all. I was so glad that they were there in the mall We had just arrived from southerna California we don't know the area yet. Had a great experience can't wait to go back

Ordered delivery and arrived fine but the rice was clumpy and crusty and there was a long black hair in my mole dish. Mole sauce is good but would have been better without the long black hair. Tostada was soggy, rice also kind of tasted a little sewery
