Visited today 11/12/25 around 4:45 girl in the drive thru heavy set girl long hair purple shirt handed me my McFlurry that had ice cream rolling down the side I asked if she could clean the side first. She grabbed it I told my husband I didn’t want that stuff in my car she turned to me and said what did you say? I told her I was talking to my husband and she turned her head and started to roll her eyes and have the biggest attitude ever!!! The young guy running the drive through also didn’t give me my receipt and I felt bad asking for it because he had to go all the way to the other register at window 1 to run my card he said. What is going on this location always sucks I mean look at the reviews.. who is the manager? Clearly not doing a good job

Went here for some food. Made my sandwich wrong 4 times then after I had to wait 10-15 minutes to remake the steak sandwich’s. They made me go get the wrongly made food out of my car and give it to them before they would make them correctly because they don’t listen. The manager was rude. The rest of my food was cold in the car. No offer to make it all new. Here’s a free cookie sorry we can’t be competent. Manager should check her attitude and try some hospitality training.

This place is horrible. They never get your order right. They advertise for monopoly but none of their products have the peel offs on them! Their employees are very rude. Their pop even tastes gross. I would give a 0 out of 10 if I could.

Ordered a McDouble 5 dollar meal no pickle no mustard … got down the road and realized we were missing 4 piece nugget. Then left again opened the cheeseburger it had ketchup and mayonnaise on it. Went back and gave the cheeseburger back and asked for the one we ordered. Still wasn’t correct this one had pickle and ketchup. No one apologized the lady was very rude and they weren’t busy at all.

If you want to be yelled at, abused and verbally assaulted while shouting profanities then this is the place to go! Never will I ever visit this location again. The manager needs fired! The worst customer service in my entire life.

I live close to this location so I have been here several times and it almost always is very slow, the staff is rude and too busy joking with each other or on their phones to pay attention to the customers , and when they make a mistake, they don't really seem to care. My most recent complaint is I doordashed an order from here and the doordasher got there within 10 minutes and 45 minutes later my food was not even ready for the doordasher to leave so I finally had to cancel it and thankfully I got a refund but 45 minutes and they still didn't even have an order for one person ready? This is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life and I'm old so I've been to a lot of McDonald's. I've noticed on these other reviews that McDonald's Corp says they want to be contacted so they can help but nothing never changes at this location so I wouldn't even bother. After the fiasco tonight I will never go to this location again which is crappy because they are literally a mile away from my house so it was convenient. I'm willing to drive a few miles to get much better service.

They have 2 lines but only use 1 its super slow here. Don't go here if youre in a hurry. Also only 1 drive thru window open. Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru

This location was not extremely busy. It is just off airport property. Staff was very friendly. My sandwich was extremely greasy. The place was fairly clean I guess as much as any fast food would be.
