We love Miss Mamie's! We often go for special events, like birthdays and anniversaries. Usually, we get the catfish and the crab cakes. This time we went in for carry-out and got the catfish dinner, spinach salad, and beef stroganoff. Great portions (we got two meals each from that order), wonderful, friendly service, and some of the best food in the QC.

During a short getaway, we decided to try this spot—and we’re thrilled we did! Our server, Cheryl, was incredibly friendly and offered spot‑on recommendations. The coconut shrimp appetizer was absolutely divine, and the catfish special was equally delicious. We couldn’t get enough of the homemade bread pudding—it’s truly to die for! And those dinner rolls? The spinach salad was GREAT! I had catfish fillet,steamed veggies, both done perfectly! I know the others were pleased with their choices also. Our waitress was busy, but she was very attentive, friendly. Will be returning when in the area again.
