The food was not good. I actually sent my steak back because it was so bad. The place was not busy and we waited over an hour for our food. Also, it didn't help that the waitress was not nice at all.

My steak was tender, and that is the best thing I can say for this place. Very "old peoples" vibe going on, which is not a bad thing if that is what you are looking for. Our waitress was very busy as I think it was only her and one more person waiting on tables. There were 2 flies that seemed to live at our table and kept getting in our faces and food. The salad bar was nothing to get excited about. The lettuce looked slimy and old. I would recommend Texas Road House over this place.

We came from out of town. Restaurant was slow but wr still had to wait to be seated. Bartender(manager?) took the time to answer the phone for a reservation but not seat us at 4pm? Decor is very dated and could really really use a deep clean. Large steakhose style menu. I looked forward to a prime rib, thinking it would be fantastic since it's a steak house. My prime rib had very little flavor and it did not stand out at all, even the au jus was bland and my potato was way over cooked. Prime rib was tender and cooked correctly. I enjoyed it but it could have been so much better. My husband's meal was fried chicken and t was cooked throughly and very tasty, odd but his potato was perfect. Salad bar was average like circa 1985 Ponderosa. Salad mix had no spinach or romaine and sort of sad in appearance. ALL the food on the salad bar was provided by distribution company, nothing was homemade. Very generic. Server was very nice, but after she served us our meal we did not see her again until we were done and rwady to pay. I had hoped for some horseradish but didn't get a chance to ask. I wanted to eat while my steak was still hot, so gave up waiting to see her. Might be time to rehab and update the facilities and menu. This place could stand out if some put a bit of time and energy into it. Inside and Out.

Had to change my stars from 5 to a two. Went there today, 9/14/24, and it was horrible service, had to send my steak back, never got our appetizer, took forever for the food, the people behind us got up and walked out. The food was more expensive, salad bar was horrible. Spent $45, it was no where near being worth it. With the way it was today, I don't see them being open for much longer. ( This review was 5 years ago -- I give them a 5. Great food and we had an awesome waitress. Comfortable atomsphere. )
Stopped here for lunch. You'll think the building is condemned. Don't let this put you off. The bar area is really cool. Old western styling. The Meatloaf is AMAZING. I was blown away, and I would highly recommend it. Enjoy...

The food was great and the service was excellent. When we first walked in Mana was by herself and had amazing customer service with a long line. I appreciate her customer service and is a great asset. The games were fun and I will definitely bring my kids back.
