My daughters & I came here for my birthday dinner Wednesday, 3/20/24. It wasn't very busy and yet it took 15 minutes of us standing there before the hostess acknowledged us and seated us. Luckily we were seated by the bar because we had to get up and purchase our beverages from the bartender twice since our waitress was m.i.a. most of the evening. We ordered 2 appetizers which took a good 45 minutes to get. Then when our waitress brought our dinner out, another 45 minutes later, my campfire potatoes were burnt, completely black! I couldn't tell our waitress to bring me something else since she was nowhere to be seen. Finally, when we were almost done eating, she appeared. I showed her my burnt potatoes and she offered to bring me a new batch or something else. I told her I would take a new batch but by that time, I was pretty much done eating. She came back and said all of the campfire potatoes were burnt. Why didn't they just tell customers they were out of them instead of serving pitch black potatoes to people?! My steak was overcooked as well. I ordered it medium but it was well done and dry. Again, it wasn't a busy evening. I did get a $12.00 coupon to use in the next 6 months, no thanks! The money should have been taken off our bill!

Food has been consistently good. Service is hit or miss depending on when you come. The atmosphere takes away from the food because it definitely feels like a steak house off the highway near the airport, if that makes sense. Feels like the mid-90s in here, which is a part of its charm I think. Our family likes to come here for an unpretentious steak dinner from time to time and everyone is happy with their meal, so I would recommend it if that’s what you’re looking for. ??

Really have gone downhill! Will not be back didn't know they are running a limited menu, no soup on the salad bar, food quality very poor and service was just ok. I knew they add a tip for over 6 but 20% really should not be more than 18% then add a little more if you think they did a good job. They now charge 3% to use a card as payment but don't tell you until they hand you the bill. Would have been nice to know before a verbal or even a sign as you walk in. Never saw the manager and they use to come around and greet you during your meal but I guess they are afraid to show their faces with bad food and service. If anyone wants a good steak go to the New Windsor depot restaurant great steaks and other food, great service and all for a good price!!

I ordered the deep fried chicken and didn't eat it at the restaurant because after the salad bar I was full. When I got home I ended up trying to eat the chicken later and found out it was still raw inside. I have called 3 times to have this taken care of and nobody wants to take the responsibility of refunding my money after spending $93.Waitress was busy somewhere else and couldn't get refills.This is one reason why I NEVER eat out!!!!

We had a reservation at 530.It is now 745 and we still have not gotten our food. Waitress was very nice but the manager was rude. 2 1/2 hours is ridiculous to wait for our food.
