Very poor customer service, as in when they’re not fighting with each other they also ignore the customers to the point of refusing to take orders when there is a few in the drive thru and you’re in the lobby. When and if there’s product they constantly get it wrong or don’t even place all items you ordered in the bags. This is absolutely the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to! Stay away!!!
How is this place still open? Had to wait for about a half an hour in the drive thru because the lobby was closed. Also had to remind the clerk that we didn’t get our beans and rice. This was my second and last time at the Moline store. The first time they didn’t have any of the sandwiches that the online menu said they had. I will drive 90 miles to Popeyes in Peoria where the food is always good and service is great.
