Improvements to their pizza crusts and toppings over the years have positioned them in a prime spot to compete with Pizza Hut for the #1 fast food pizza chain title. I think they edge out the competition with their additional offerings that are all pretty fabulous... I'm thinking any variety of their stuffed cheesy bread, the chicken bacon ranch sandwich, and their spicy boneless. All unique and delicious.

UPDATE- EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE AS ASKED BELOW AND NO RESPONSE FROM THEM AT ALL!!!I am extremely pissed and livid. Placed a dinner time delivery order. Order was delivered and not 1 of my side sauces that I paid for was given to me. I also asked for Parmesan and red pepper packets and NONE. I called the store and spoke with Kevin in which he told me he was the Manager. A lie. He then proceeded to tell me that only had 2 options, a $5 credit or someone would bring the sauces that I ordered and paid for. $5 for this inconvenience is unacceptable so I told them to deliver my sauces that they forgot. I start to eat the pizza and wings, pizza cold wings taste like something terrible and cold. An hour goes by and no one delivers anything! I called Kevin back and he tells me that they got busy. Nothing else! Rude and ignorant. I explain to him that this is completely unacceptable and I had I not called back they would have never informed me that no one was coming back. He then hung up on me. I called the store today and spoke with a female manager and her exact words were “ well I believe Kevin and all we can do is give you a $5 credit. MAM!! What is there to believe?? You guys forgot my items not me!! The arguing with the customer when this store was the cause of the issue is so crazy and disrespectful! I am currently trying to contact corporate because something needs to be done about this asap. The female manager was very rude and dismissive and the employee Kevin was as well. Telling me that corporate was going to tell me the same thing basically their not going to do anything is a slap in the face and beyond unprofessional.I spent $47 on this order and it all went in the trash. I never have a problemWith the Richton Park location.

I am LIVID!!! I order from this Dominos all the time!! And I use my app!!! I ordered today for delivery as I always do. Mind you it’s 11am!! This is a home daycare and the drivers always deliver here and bring the pizza to the door!!! Well today and this driver on shift decides NOT TO COME TO THE DOOR!!! Her excuse was it’s the policy to call!! I didn’t get a call and she left with the damn pizza!!!! Now I am trying to make my children lunch because Dominos dropped the ball!!!! It’s a 11 in the morning and she talking about getting robbed!!! I’ll take my chances with PIZZA HUT moving forward!!!!!

It's probably been 20+ yrs since I've had domino's, and all remember was it tasting and looking like cardboard. Decided to try since it's new in town, much to my surprise it wasn't like anything I remember. The pizza was hot, well made, and delicious. Would highly recommend this Domino's for fast food pizza.

I haven't eaten anything from Domino's Pizza in at least 15 years. Well, one of their commercials made me hungry. Since I'm still having trouble getting around and can't drive yet, I had nothing to lose so decided to order the Pepperoni Stuffed Cheesy Bread and a garden salad. I ordered via their website. It was easy and user friendly. What's neat is you are given an approximate delivery time and literally are updated by text (if you wish) or you can check your order's progress via the website. A lady named Edith prepared my order and notified me when the driver, Ahmad, was ready to make the delivery. I was notified the minute he left and arrived. Needless to say, I greeted him with a huge, hungry smile. He was so pleasant, friendly, and professional. He seemed to enjoy his job and most of all, I had my food in 13 minutes!Now for the best part. The food was delicious! The salad was fresh and delicious and the cheesy bread was superb! It looked like the commercial! It was filling as I could only eat one piece. I was mad that I got full so fast! If you haven't tried it, you must. My mom hates pizza but loved the Pepperoni Stuffed Cheesy Bread. So, there you have it. I'm going to add photos.

I just recently begin eating Domino's pizza after not eating for over 30 years. I love it now. I did not back then. It taste like rubber before, but now I can not stopping eating it. I am a pizza connoisseur.

I love domino's, but the location in Monee is very skimpy kn the pizza sauce. The first time i thought it was an accident, but this time it was the exact same way- literally just cheese on bread (very dry) Highly disappointed. Maybe next time I'll order it with extra sauce & get a average amount? ??♀️??♀️??♀️
It's always nice to be able to have a quick and reliable pizza delivered to your doorstep. While it's still Domino's, it's still pretty great for what you pay. Fast service and friendly folk delivering.

This is my go to Domino's cause I go there weekly when I get off before my day off. I drive from Monee to Chicago and even though the pizza is not warm when I get home it is always delicious. Customer service is very good as well. I came one time to pick up my pizza and they young man was already bringing my pizza out.
