I recently went inside of this location they didn’t acknowledge me. I waited patiently by the counter for 10 minutes and had to demand help. They don’t like black people and it shows. It wasn’t busy either.

This is our first time to this new Dunkin’ Donuts location. The food preparation was a little bit slow, but it was made correctly. The inside of the store is very well-maintained. Very nice and clean. There is easy access in and out with lots of parking and the expressway is right there so it’s a quick stop.

Ugh, what a disappointment! I ordered #8461 drive thru at 10:57am and was excited for a good cup of coffee,The coffee was lukewarm and lacked the rich flavor I expect from Dunkin'. Additionally,My medium hot cappuccino was a disaster - it was only half-filled with a ridiculous amount of foam and way too much caramel of course it would be too much caramel when you filled the cup with foam only. The coffee itself was barely present! The food items were also subpar: the plain bagel with cream cheese and croissants were stale and flavorless, and the hashbrowns were undercooked. To top it off, the donut was stale too. What happened to quality control? This order was a total fail. 1/10 would not recommend."

Ordered 2 snackin bacon, got maybe 3 strips total. It was all in crumbles. I asked cashier about it, and she said that's how it comes and that's how it's made!!! I was livid. I ear dunkin at minimum twice a day.

I just went to get me an iced pumpkin chai, and my step mom snackn bacon. its 5:30pm, and the guy at the window said “we dont have that right now but i can make you some fresh if you’d like” i said “if thats no problem”. he was very kind as was the other lady at the window. the food and my drink came out absolutely delicious! i like this dunkin more than the old monee one for sure. very kind and welcoming people and food/drinks are amazing!
