First time here.

I walked in about an hour before closing time so the choices were limited.

The chicken wings were small, tasted very plain, and were overcooked, tough and dry.

The tiny cole slaw side portions were on the warm side but tasted good. Did I say they were tiny?

Easily the BEST Harold’s Chicken I’ve been to. The chicken is made fresh to order—crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. The lemon pepper and mild sauce combo? Totally addictive. I genuinely crave it. Whether it’s the wings, tenders, or fries, everything hits every single time. The staff is also super friendly, which just adds to why I keep coming back. Once you try it, you’ll get it—this place is hard to stay away from!!! Ugh it’s just delicious

When this Harold’s first opened the food was good and fresh. The last couple of times that I’ve gone there I ask for extra sauce on my food and it didn’t have it and today I ordered a half white with extra mild and hot sauce to get 2 wings 1 breast and a half of a breast over fried with dried up hot sauce on it. The fries were old. I called and the person who answered the phone said that there was no one in charge there and acted very unconcerned. I won’t be going back to this Harold’s

Person that answers the phone is very rude, every call she answers “hello”! I’m on hold for a long time and there’s never a complete menu, no Cole slaw, liver or gizzards.

Great food hot and cook perfect

99% of Harold's locations are abysmal - terrible quality food, terrible employees who are unfriendly & lazy, undercooked food, missing items..BUT this Monee location is the best of the bunch - you aren't off the hook though because there's still room for improvement. All you have to do is look at reviews for every single location out there, the customers aren't happy. Monee is the only one above 4⭐.

The prices are getting out of hand but that's everywhere nowadays. Can't blame them there as they need their margins. I wish they would do an overhaul on all locations, revamp everything from the food to employees & management..surely they must know most of their locations have issues. Harold's has got to make a comeback or else it's gonna die a miserable death in the decade to come.

I asked the older lady for ketchup and mild sauce and insisted it was in the bag so I assumed it was in the bag. Drive about 20 mins away to get back to the hotel to enjoy this famous mild sauce with wings and it wasn’t in the bag neither ketchup. Very disappointing especially if I came for that. The employee needs to be more patient and take pride in customer service.

My Load from Roselle IL to Pearl MS took me right by so I took the opportunity to try some fish and gizzards from Harold's for the first time. I see why the place had consistent in and out traffic while getting everything fresh and hot 🔥

This is the BEST Harold's in south suburbs! The food is always fresh and delicious never had a bad experience and I've been here several times in last couple of yrs. I usually get the 4 piece wing dinner with lemon pepper and mild sauce on the chicken soooo good. Highly recommend

Be trying to support but the surcharge for sauce, no notice during phone order…on top of high prices, especially with average quality- isn’t worth it… think people!!!
No major gripe- average food- high prices- not worth the value…it is what it is!!!
