Harold's Chicken Of Monee

Had my first experience with Harold's in Monee today. I ordered a 4 pc chicken dinner and a gizzard dinner as well. Both orders came with fries but no coleslaw. I had ordered mild and bbq sauce and got ketchup instead. I probably should have checked my to-go order before I left.
The chicken was nicely fried, very juicy and really delicious. Unfortunately the gizzards were too difficult to eat due to being really tough. I tried 4 pieces of the gizzards and unfortunately were just too tough and I had to spit them out because they just inedible.

I've tried other Harold's in my "south suburban area". THIS one by FAR is the better one! Fresh food AND it tasted like the 'original' Harold's back in the day! Keep doing what you guys are doing! I will return. ???

Had perch dinner and the fish was absolutely disgusting!!! Wasn’t cooked and soaked in oil. Never again eating here!!!

Harolds is legit the best chicken around, huge pieces of white meat that you would assume to be dry but it's not at all and taste great. Fries are normal but the Cole slaw is very good as well and the peeps running it are always nice.

So I ordered a quarter dark dinner. Got home my fries was soaked in grease. I complained to the manager he tells me that the bread they include in the dinner is used to soak up the grease not to eat. I have never heard of that. Most people eat bread with there chicken.wth..never heard of that mess

I like Harold's but truthfully, Chicago hypes it up. The mild sauce pretty much makes the chicken "The chicken" if you know what I mean. Without the mild sauce, the food was pretty plain. Would eat it again because of the mild sauce though.

If you want some delicious fresh food you will not go wrong with this Harold's the service was awsome the food was awsome. I drove from Bourbonnais all the way to monee to get me some fresh delicious Harold's chicken

Ordered a 10 piece for 22.83 got home at 2 wings. They wasn’t fully cooked I threw everything else away. Woke up this morning at 3am and got extremely sick, throwing up and diarrhea. Remind you this is the the thing I ate all date and my first time trying this Harold’s.

food was just ok, however I didn't get it while it was hot, because the young lady at the counter was to busy gossiping to realize my order was ready 20 minutes ago as she put it on the counter like it was someone else's. would not recommend this harolds to anyone
