Waited forever for our mobile order took off without looking in the bag because this place is notorious for making Amazon workers late from break and messing up their orders. You need to have a refund option for the app because it’s absolutely ridiculous your right down the road from an Amazon, people don’t got time to drive all the way back to get their order corrected. This McDonald’s needs adults asap! Unbelievable how for years now yall can’t get anything right. You work at McDonald’s DO BETTER

I'm not sure if the other commenters who left a bad review are Karen's or what... but I will say, being a truck driver who has seen its fair share of bad fast food places... This McDonald's was by far one of the best I've been to in a long time. Shame on some of you who treat these poor people worse than dogs... if you got bad food from this location, chances are you probably deserved it. ?

I first got there at 2:30 a.m. and their reward system was down. They only accepted cash. So I had to go to an atm. I didn't get a recipe. The food was good, at least. The hot chocolate didn't have any whipped cream, nor did they ask if I wanted some or not. I went back in for a smoothie, and when I paid, the guy that took my order said, "If you give me a tip, I'll throw something free your way."

Wow is all I can say. Here I am chomping on my Big Mac and I’m chewing on something that was not food. It was paper I’m not sure from what but how disgusting. Instantly spoiled my appetite. I’m so disgusted. Called to speak to a manager. He’s replacing my order but damn how do you make paper into someone’s food. I’m guessing it’s from the frozen meat patty idk I just know this is disgusting.

Service is absolutely deplorable, went through the drive through and it took them over 15 minutes to make two chicken Sandwiches…all 4 women in the front were sitting not doing anything and 1 of the women had her hands inside her pants…

McDonald's is ??on Calumet Dr.Worst McDonald's ever... Over 10 min for a coffee. Employees ignore ya when you order inside. Stay away from here, you will be VERY disappointed at this location...
