I always order a stuffed specialty breadstick from here and its always good and delivered in about 35 to 40 min regardless of how busy they get. Always crispy and deliciously melty cheese with flavorful ingredients and a golden brown toasting and I had taken their service for granted that is till I ordered from galesburgs alfanos. Oh boy, don't do that. This alfanos is awesome and if it were so easy they should just take over the other location. It makes alfanos look abysmal to anyone living in galesburg. And if you read this all, yes this is pretty much just a second bad review of the galesburg alfanos. It was so bad I had to tell other alfanos they need to fix their sibling or start an intervention for em.

Good food good prices! Would certainly go back again if I am in the neighborhood! The taco pizza was great! Friendly staff!
After all these years, it is still authentic Alfano's Pizza!
Thanks Alberto!

We actually wanted to head to the Italian Village for pizza while we were in Monmouth but learned that it was only open on the weekends, so we went around the corner to the nearby Alfano's Pizza. We were able to get in right away. There was plenty of seating available early in the evening. We were waited on right away. We both found items on the menu that were wanted to order. I order a 10-inch veggie pizza that was really good and big enough to take home some slices. My wife got a Chef Salad and even though it was a 1/2 portion, she also had some to take home. Our bill was about $21 before tip. Even though it wasn't our first choice, we were quite satisfied with our visit to Alfano's!
I had went into alfonos to cool off for a minute because there was an event happening outside and when I had let them know that I was just going to stand next to the window and watch they told me that I couldn't and I had to pay for something and I find that completely unacceptable because it's a basic right to be able to enter a public business if you are malnourished or hot and even when I told them that I was just going to stand next to the window they said oh no you can't do that you have to buy something and when I said I didn't have any money she was like too bad you have to leave anyway I've lived in this town my whole life and the way they treated me was unacceptable I will not be doing here ever again
