I come here every Wednesday to get an iced matcha with oat milk and vanilla syrup, however each time I get the drink it is different. For example, when I came a week ago, the drink was amazing! Today, the drink was unacceptable. It pretty much just tasted like slightly sweet milk, not the mention it was almost $8 for a size small. The workers are always so kind and understanding, but the inconsistency with the drinks makes no sense since there should be a specific recipe for each...
I always said the flavor of the coffee doesn’t matter so much to me because I always put stuff in it but seriously this stuff is awesome. Wow. I asked for less caramel less sugar and she even asked if I wanted less whip cream too.. fantastic, thank you so much!!
I love the food with the only issue being how sweet some standard drinks are. I have not found a way to decrease the amount of syrup used or customize my order in the app so I limit those to sweet treats.
The service has always been amazing with upbeat and friendly staff that go above and beyond for every order.
