Great great customer service very pleasant people the food look just like it did on the commercials tasted even better and the atmosphere was nice and peaceful just all around great experience and I'm definitely going back again here in the next day or
Had to wait longer than what the app had said it would be ready by. Curly fries were over done. The chicken strips were not strips in my opinion but yet not a chicken nugget.. not impressed with this Arby's.

Went through the drive thru, and when I got to the window, I paid for my food and waited at least 5 minutes for my food. They were bagging up the orders behind me. The girl at the window was more into talking with the employees when one of them asked her, "You going to give the guy at the window his food" my order was sitting on the table for next order to go out. When I pulled away, there were 5 cars on line.
