Today's (9/28/2026) experience at Subway Monmouth, Illinois is excellent! We ordered 2 foot-long sandwiches. The sandwiches and cookies were delicious as always, per Subway standandard. Thank you Subway! Way to go🎉🎉. More importantly... Elycia, the young lady who prepared the sandwiches was efficient, systematic, and a totally nice, customer-oriented, with a wonderful personality Subway representative. Subway is a clean and modern restaurant with fresh bread and courteous staff. The oven roasted chicken in a chopped salad bowl may have larger tomato slices and light dressing, while the 6-inch Philly steak sandwich is smaller than usual but flavorful. The Subway Club sandwich is now around $15. For those who are wheelchair bound, the drive-thru service is accommodating, with employees willing to assist. However, parking can be limited. Overall, Subway offers a decent dining experience with fresh ingredients.
