“Today's (9/28/2026) experience at Subway Monmouth, Illinois is excellent! We ordered 2 foot-long sandwiches. The sandwiches and cookies were delicious as always, per Subway standandard. Thank you Subway! Way to go🎉🎉. More importantly... Elycia, the young lady who prepared the sandwiches was efficient, systematic, and a totally nice, customer-oriented, with a wonderful personality Subway representative. Should she be promoted, she should train new staff the way she takes good care of her customers. We went in hungry and came out ( still hungry) but totally happy with her efficient service. Needless to say, we were of course wonderfully satiated with our meal and cookies. I feel that customers only need to be acknowledged and taken cared of, in a timely manner. Elycia did exactly that with us. Thank you Elycia! And thank you Subway Monmouth for hiring her to take care of our meal. Elycia is a winner in our book.“

“the 5 star rating is for the employee named christian who works at night. I purchased four subs from there and two of them from Christian and he will be the only one that I want to purchase the ultimate Italian from his sandwiches come out perfect and super consistent. I won’t be getting any more subs from dayshift unless they learn from Christian how to make an ultimate Italian. The two subs I purchased At roughly around noon or a little sloppy, and not nearly as perfect as Christians. The manager gets a shout out as well because he was super grateful for the positive feedback that I had for them in his crew. So good work, sir.“
