Ordered at the kiosk and it was very straightforward. No humans to take your order which I did find a bit odd.
I got the Classic Buona (the one in my photo) — it’s basically just beef and bread, and it came out to $9.41 with tax. To be fair, it is their specialty and the beef is really good… I just feel like the price is a little excessive for how simple the sandwich is.
Inside is very casual: you order at the kiosk, grab a seat, and they bring the food out to your table. Nothing fancy, but it’s a nice big space with lots of tables, so finding a spot wasn’t hard. Staff was friendly too.

I ordered from this location yesterday. I ordered for 6 people in my house. They forgot my food. Which was fine because I called when i originally got my food delivered. They had me come back up there and get my food. My brother ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave him a burger. My mom ordered an Italian beef with cheddar cheese and they didn’t put the cheese on.
