Employees are terrific in possessing good customer focus, positive attitude, and hard work ethic. They accommodate special customer requests and serve food that is hot and delicious. I especially appreciated the manager Erika and server Mackenzie on my latest visit to this Buona location in Montgomery. The dining atmosphere is casual and comfortable. It's a nice place to take the family for lunch or dinner. I plan to be back in the future!

Gave me someone else’s order. Not first time this has happened at Buona
Got Buona beef sandwich and loved it. It was juicy and everything from salt to melted mozzarella was in balance. The price is average considering the size but worth the quality. I got peppers as a side because I was afraid they might be too hot but they were not! So I suggest you get them inside your sandwich. The lady who took the order was very polite and welcoming.

Check to make sure the Vegan “beef” is actually the vegan one I ordered 1 Vegan “beef” & 1 regular beef They marked them wrong so I took a couple bites of the beef
I’m not plant based but if I was this would have been bad I ordered the plant based one to give it a try
